Love of History Leads Couple to Life as ‘Pickers’

If you’ve seen the History Channel show “American Pickers,” you know ‘pickers’ are individuals who typically find and sell antique or vintage items, some of which might need a facelift before they make it to their new home. What you might not realize is that at 2418 River Road, husband and wife team Gary and Sheila Cosner are Moorefield’s own West Virginia ‘Pickers;’ their adventures just haven’t been picked up by a T.V. station.
