“Union caught us pretty bad after losing to Moorefield Friday night. We’ve been waiting to get back on the floor. Our defense really picked up tonight, forced a lot of turnovers,” East Hardy Coach Chris Hahn stated.

East Hardy (4-5) jumped out to a 9-2 lead with three inside shots by Shawn Skovron and an old-fashioned three point play by Tyler Mongold.

Union (6-3) answered with a trey by Shenandoah Snyder and a jumper by Travis Murphy to make it 9-7 at the 4:57 mark.
